Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
